For Release: August 6, 2026
Batavia, Ohio
Clermont County, Ohio
Clermont County Prosecutor Mark J. Tekulve announces that earlier today a Grand Jury indicted 63-year-old Indian Hill man, Michael Blaise Rousseau, on 1 count of Rape, 1 count of Sexual Battery and 1 count of Gross Sexual Imposition.
In April of 2026, the Union Township Police Department received information that a patient of Dr. Rousseau was touched inappropriately during an office visit. The investigation revealed that Rousseau, a urologist, asked the patient for oral sex, knowing that his victim was unable to make an informed decision because of a developmental disability.
The Ohio State Medical Board was advised of the incident and interviewed Rousseau. He admitted to the sex acts with his patient during the visit.
Rousseau was arrested on August 4, 2026. He had a bond hearing in Municipal Court on August 5, where he received a 1-million-dollar bond. He bonded out later that day and will be arraigned on August 14 at 10:00 a.m. in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas.
If you are a victim of Rousseau’s, please reach out to the non-emergency line at the Union Township Police Department, 513-752-1230.
“The Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office, along with the Union Township Police Department, will not stand for a doctor violating the most sacred trust of his victim. This case is even more egregious, as the defendant knowingly took advantage of someone that could not resist his advances.
