THREE OUT OF STATE DEFENDANTS APPREHENDED FOR SEPARATE RAPE INCIDENTS OF MINOR FEMALES

Clermont County Prosecutor Mark J. Tekulve announces that today, February 17, 2026 Matthew Belvin Hager, age 41, was indicted for 11 counts of rape of a child who was 9 and 10 years old during the rapes, 7 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition of the same victim and 1 count of Felonious Assault. Hager moved to Minnesota in 2016, shortly after the Clermont County victim disclosed her abuse. He was arrested in Minnesota in 2025 for sexually abusing two different female juveniles. He has been arrested and detained on these Clermont County charges in Minnesota and will be transported here to answer for his crimes.

Fabian Johnny Martinez, age 19, was indicted on January 29, 2026 for 1 count of Rape, 1 count of Kidnapping and 2 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition all against a 14-year-old female. He was arrested in Florida and will be transported here to answer for his crimes.

Alexander Michael Hydrus, age 22, was indicted on January 29, 2026 for 2 counts of Rape, 1 count of Kidnapping, 2 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition and 1 count of Interference with Custody all against a 13-year-old female. He was arrested in Connecticut and will be transported here to answer for his crimes.

The arrests of these men in Minnesota, Florida and Connecticut, respectively, were secured by the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office Detectives within mere hours of the filing of their charges and indictments.
