Parole Hearing Scheduled for Convicted Murderer

Clermont County Prosecuting Attorney, Mark J. Tekulve, announces that Jeffrey E. Eberle has his first scheduled Parole Board hearing in November 2025. Eberle was convicted in 2006 for the heinous murder of Michael Fish.

Beginning on December 14, 2005, and continuing into December 15, 2005, Jeff Eberle placed shovels and rakes into his vehicle. He drove Michael Fish to a secluded location in Clermont County, Ohio, luring Michael Fish there under false pretenses. Eberle then assaulted Michael Fish who died of blunt force trauma caused by the shovel Defendant had brought to the scene.

Jeff Eberle was initially charged with three counts of aggravated murder with death specifications attached, one count of kidnapping, and one count of arson. As a result of a plea, Eberle pled guilty to one count of Aggravated Murder. He was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison.
