Clermont County Man Convicted of Rape and Attempted Rape

Today, Clermont County Prosecutor Mark J. Tekulve announced that yesterday Robert Fisher (01/05/1973) of Pierce Township, Ohio, pled guilty to one count of rape involving a female under 13 years and one attempted rape of another female under the age of 13 years old. Fisher pled to an agreed 7 years in prison for sexually assaulting both girls. He was the stepfather to one of the young girls and live-in boyfriend to the mother of the other young girl. These incidents happened between 2000-2007.

For the rape victim, she has been trying to tell people since 2007 what happened to her. The attempted rape victim recently came forward. Together these two brave young women had the opportunity to tell the stories of their sexual abuse suffered at the hands of Robert Fisher. On October 5, 2023, Fisher pled to a misdemeanor Sexual Imposition in Clermont County Municipal Court for having sexual contact with a third female victim, who was also a daughter of Fisher’s girlfriend. Given Fisher’s position of trust in these young girls’ lives and the fact that he has been with other women both before and after these girls’ mothers, concerns the Prosecutor’s Office, as well as the Pierce Township Police Department. There are possibly more victims out there.
