Civil Division

The Civil Division of the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office is the legal advisor to all county officials, townships, and most county boards and agencies.

The Civil Division represents the interests of its clients in state and federal courts, as well as a variety of administrative settings. This division also provides its clients with legal guidance on a variety of matters that affect its clients’ day-to-day operations so these clients can better serve the community.

The Civil Division practice covers almost every aspect of Ohio law, including matters involving:
