Investigation

In June 2021, the first official Investigator was hired. The office now employs two investigators and a criminal analyst. An investigator performs many valuable duties for the office. These duties can include locating and interviewing victims and witnesses, serving subpoenas, attending crime scenes with the prosecutor, assisting in preparation of cases for grand jury and trial, etc.

 

Administration

The Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office employs an administrative staff of 14 employees. This team includes administrative assistants and paralegals.

The Chief of Administrative Operations oversees all administrative staff, including the Victim Advocate Program.

Victim Assistance Program

Victim Assistance Program has served victims of crime in Clermont County since 1986. Advocates serve victims in Common Pleas, Municipal, and Juvenile Court.
