The Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office is dedicated to the vigorous prosecution of cases and the safety of every citizen in our community. Under Prosecutor Mark J. Tekulve’s leadership, our team provides timely, professional, and ethical service to citizens, victims, law enforcement, and court personnel.
Our Criminal Division ensures fair and impartial justice—seeking accountability for violent offenders while protecting the rights and dignity of crime victims and their families.
Our Civil Division delivers expert legal guidance to county officials, offices, and townships, supporting sound decision-making and responsible economic development throughout Clermont County.
We maintain strong partnerships with law enforcement through ongoing investigations, training, and community outreach efforts, including participation in National Night Out and National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
Together, we work to promote justice, safety, and trust across Clermont County.
The Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office, including assistant prosecutor’s, victim advocates, and administrative staff, maintains a positive and professional relationship with all members of law enforcement. Our office will continue to assist law enforcement with active investigations, training opportunities, and community outreach. This includes participating in monthly meetings with investigators, National Night Out, and National Crime Victim Rights Week.
