Criminal Division

The Criminal Division of the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office represents the State of Ohio in all felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile prosecutions within the county. Our assistant prosecuting attorneys handle a wide range of cases — from theft and drug offenses to serious violent crimes such as assault, rape, robbery, and homicide.

There are currently 28 assistant prosecuting attorneys.
